Job Summary
We’re looking for an analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our growing Digital Marketing team in our downtown Vancouver office. As a Performance Marketer, you'll be responsible the day-to-day management of our digital advertising programs, with a focus on Google, Meta and Amazon Advertising, as well as leading on executing SEO strategy.
This role supports ecommerce critical channels for the business and will include technical and analytical aspects as well as creative problem-solving. Applicants should be comfortable with using various digital tools including Amazon Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, MS Excel, Google Analytics, SEMRush and more. The Performance Marketer reports to the Digital Marketing Manager.
Some of What You’ll Get to Do
- Digital Advertising: Execute marketing on platforms including Meta, Tiktok, Google and Amazon, with a focus on improving performance in each.
- SEO Optimization: Monitor, implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search ranking. Strategically target high-quality backlinks.
- Data Analysis: Utilize platforms including Google Analytics 4 to monitor key performance metrics and share insights and strategic suggestions with leadership
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the content and creative teams to align promotional strategies, and optimize digital assets to improve performance.
- A/B Testing: Conduct rigorous testing to deliver performance improvements
- Ensure pricing strategies are consistently implemented across all channels.
- Reporting: Track critical KPIs and produce regular reports on program performance.
- Stay Up to Date: Conduct competitive research to understand market landscape and identify opportunities to improve online performance.
Critical Success Factors/Outcomes
- Performance marketing spend tracks to budget plan and achieves a 5X ROAS
- Month-over-month increase in New-to-Brand sales on Amazon
- MOM reduction in new Customer Acquisition costs for Direct-to-Consumer eCommerce
- 20% year over year revenue growth in Amazon channel
- MOM revenue growth in owned ecommerce channel for year 1, to be determined by brand.
- Quarterly improvement in SEO ranking, organic search traffic and targeted keyword ranking.

- Technically skilled – Previous experience with Amazon Advertising, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Tiktok Ads, ecommerce platforms, project management tools (such as Clickup, Asana, or Workfront) and advanced Excel skills are assets. Understanding of Amazon Seller Central a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically with Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads and SEO
