Overview
The Marketing Specialist at Thuram Healthcare Services Inc. plays a critical field-based role focused on business development and client acquisition. This position is responsible for actively identifying and securing staffing contracts by building strong relationships with healthcare facilities across the region, including retirement homes, long-term care facilities, and hospitals.
The role requires consistent in-person visits to healthcare institutions in North Bay, Sturgeon Falls, Sudbury, Parry Sound, and surrounding areas to promote the company’s staffing solutions. The Marketing Specialist is expected to understand client staffing needs, present tailored service offerings, and position Thuram Healthcare Services as a reliable and efficient staffing partner.
