Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in a cottage property. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure that our clients' homes are kept in pristine condition.
Duties:
- Perform general housekeeping tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas
- Make beds and change linens
- Launder clothing and household items
- Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns or requests in a timely manner
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health & safety and be aware of any company-related practices
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage time and tasks
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality cleaning standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with clients
- High school degree
