About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and self-motivated Registered Dietitian to provide clinical nutrition services at our Richmond home. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams at each home to enhance residents' quality of life through individualized nutrition care and ongoing dietary program support.

Who We Are
Nestled in a quiet residential area Fraserview has been an integral part of the Richmond community for 45 years, providing complex care to 101 residents in private furnished rooms. Over the next three years, a brand new three-storey residence will be built to replace the current aging facility. It will be developed in stages to ensure residents will not be affected. When complete, total occupancy will be 199, with 176 government-subsidized complex care beds to meet the community’s growing needs.

What you will do:
- Develop, evaluate and modify nutritional care plans for Residents; liaise with Residents, family members and/or substitute decision makers and the interdisciplinary team when implementing dietary interventions.
- Oversee menu planning process and prepare cycle menus to meet requirements in the Community Care and Assisted Living Act.
- Establish and review nutritional care plans for new residents.
- Ensure that meals and snacks meet the requirements of the most recent edition of Canada’s Food Guide to Healthy Eating.
Qualifications:
- Current registration with the College of Dieticians of British Columbia
- Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition
- Experience working within a senior’s residence is an asset
- Must successfully pass the prescribed criminal records check for the vulnerable sector
