Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts, managing client relationships, and contributing to the overall aesthetic and functional aspects of our projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, including renovation, construction, and high-end sales environments, utilizing a variety of design tools and sales techniques. The Designer will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service and effective communication.
Duties
- Develop detailed design concepts using Mozaik to meet client specifications and project requirements
- Assist with product demos and merchandising strategies to showcase design options effectively
- Engage in outside sales and inside sales activities, including product presentations, upselling, and negotiation to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage account relationships through effective communication skills, customer service, and account management techniques
- Conduct renovation and construction planning, ensuring designs align with client needs and project scope
- Utilize marketing skills to promote high-end products and services while expanding client base
- Coordinate with clients on product selections, provide expert advice on remodeling or renovation projects, and facilitate product demos
- Maintain organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
- Support the team with inside sales strategies, including merchandising and promotional activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, high-end sales, or product demos with strong negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Mozaik and other cabinet designing softwares.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse client bases
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are advantageous
- Knowledge of renovation, construction processes, and merchandising principles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Customer service experience with a focus on building long-term client relationships
- Experience in product upselling and marketing strategies within a retail or design environment is preferred
