Role Summary
We are seeking a proven, senior level director well connected in the hospitality industry who can hit the ground running! The ideal candidate will be using their extensive restaurant and bar contact base to grow our national advertising footprint across western Canada (Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver), engaging with key players in large venue chains and independents in key markets to lease and place advertising products that generate revenue for venues.
This individual will also be responsible to recruit, hire and lead a motivated team to expand our in-venue advertising network across the key locations in the West and achieve corporate objectives, including conducting weekly forecast meetings, consistently monitoring and managing the leasing team activity, managing local operations, installation, and maintenance support for venues and forecasting to senior management. As the market evolves, the role will include advertising sales for the western market to brands and advertising agencies.

Managing Operations and Leasing:
· Overseeing regional teams, including operations, digital, and content delivery, to meticulously plan and execute product installations at various venues.
· Overseeing local managers and who are coordinating the onsite installations, ensuring minimal disruption to venue operations and prioritizing customer satisfaction.
· Oversee training sessions for venue staff on product usage and maintenance. Conduct regular refresher sessions as needed.

ALL ABOUT YOU:
· 5-10 years’ working knowledge/experience in the restaurant industry
· You possess existing connections and relationships with large restaurant and bar chains as well as independent restaurants, bars and nightclubs in the three key markets
· Experience placing point-of-sale products, or selling other restaurant supply chain products to restobars and/or placing advertising products in restaurants and bars is a definite asset
· You have a proven track record leading, managing and motivating a regional team
· You work well with operations teams on the ground to ensure the seamless completion of installations and campaign executions
· Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent industry experience (5-10 years)

$90,000 to $100,000 base per annum, plus Bonus and car allowance and travel expenses
