Assistant Superintendent
We are seeking a full-time Assistant Superintendent to live on-site and work at our residential apartment building in Toronto, Ontario.
Salary range of $30,000 to $35,000
plus a 1 bedroom apartment valued at 25,000

- Ability to show vacant suites to prospective tenants
- Assist with the preparation of vacant suites
- Experience in similar role required
- Ability to follow direction from Property Manager
