Reporting to: Head and Manager of Operations Department
Employment Type: 6-month Contract/Full-time Permanent
Location: Scarborough Office
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent service to SDB customers, addressing inquiries from customers over the phone or in person.
- Follow operational procedures to process inward and outward clearing items, including DEFTs and outward clearing cheques deposited through mobile and internet banking.
- Manage customer mail, including preparing SDB rent due letters, dormant account notices, statements, T5/NR4 forms, and handling returned mail.
- Act as a joint custodian for the cash vault, safe deposit vault, and ATM vault.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or designated staff.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in PC software, including MS Word and MS Excel.
- Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in Chinese is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems using knowledge and experience.
