Responsibilities
' Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and high-rise residential buildings.
- Read blueprints and schematics to accurately execute projects.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Adhere to safety standards and building codes.
- Assist in troubleshooting plumbing issues and implementing solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed.'
- Qualifications
' Proven experience as a plumber or apprentice with a focus on plumbing systems.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing, HVAC, and construction.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
- Good basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
