WHO WE ARE
Outpost is a locally owned and operated vacation rental management company based in Whistler. What began as a humble, small-scale operation has grown into one of the area’s leading management companies. We are committed to innovation and to delivering exceptional service to both our guests and our property owners. As we continue to expand, we are seeking motivated, self-starting individuals to join our team.
OUR VALUES
We support our team by empowering each person to play to their strengths and giving them the autonomy to make a meaningful impact within their area of the business. As we grow, we evolve with intention and are focused on consistently improving the experience for both our guests and our property owners. And as the business grows, we want our team to grow right alongside it.
THE ROLE: HOUSEKEEPER
We are looking for Housekeepers who are motivated, fun, and detail-oriented.
As a member of the Outpost Housekeeping Team, you will be responsible for cleaning homes after our guests have departed. You will be provided with all the tools necessary to clean and stage each home to ensure it’s ready for the next guest arrival. Depending on the size of the property, you may be working alone or in a team. Having a keen eye for detail and following a detailed checklist is key to success.
Outpost has the highest standard of cleaning, and our Housekeeping Team is an integral part of the success of our business. You will work closely with other members of the Outpost Team, including the Guest Service Team, our Property Inspectors, Owner Relations, and Maintenance to ensure all the pieces are in place for our guests to make the most of their vacation in Whistler and their vacation rental experience with Outpost.
