Schedule and coordinate daily production activities to ensure timely project execution.
Collaborate with the Quality team to monitor on-time delivery performance and implement improvements.
Track production backlogs and provide weekly status reports to the General Manager, Sales, and Estimating teams.
Participate in customer meetings as required to support communication and project alignment.
Assist the management team with overflow or special projects as needed.
Partner with the General Manager to develop and monitor departmental contribution margin calculations.
Promote and maintain a safe, injury-free workplace by ensuring all safety procedures are followed.
Communicate customer concerns to the Management team and recommend corrective or preventive measures.
Collaborate with Project Managers to close out jobs and ensure progress draws are accurately followed.
Lead weekly production meetings with Project Managers, Supervisors, and the Management team to review progress, priorities, and challenges.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards by verifying safe equipment operation, enforcing safe work practices, and providing adequate employee training.
Uphold the highest ethical standards and ensure all operations comply with the company's Code of Business Conduct.
