Business Analyst, Sales Operations
Overview
The Sales Operations Business Analyst will work within Compugen’s Sales Operations team with primary goal to increase efficiencies and effectiveness through improvement of sales processes and systems, including interface with our Customers’ tools & processes, and with Compugen cross-functional tools & processes.
Responsibilities
Provide process leadership and ensure operational excellence
Analyze existing processes and recommend process improvements
Create/Maintain Documentation of key Sales processes and improvements
Document requirements, and develop the business case / ROI to determine priorities
Primary Liaison with application development and technical teams
Communication of process responsibilities to all stakeholders
Focus on Continuous Improvement through process improvements, standardization of best practices and automation initiatives that will benefit Compugen’s outbound and inside sales teams, specific clients, and/or Compugen’s business overall.
Qualifications
University or College educated
7+ years work experience in general business management and/or sales environments
Excellent understanding of “process initiatives” - can research, analyze, design and document processes, and communicate effectively to all stakeholders (internal and external)
Related experience in the IT (Information Technology) industry is an asset
ITIL experience or certification is an asset
Organizational Change Management experience or certification is an asset
Excellent written and verbal skills
Attention to detail, analytical and excellent communication skills are essential.
Proficiency with Microsoft Application suite (specifically, MS-Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
Experience with MS Project and Visio is an asset
Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Microsoft PowerBI is an asset
Experience with Microsoft PowerAutomate Suite is an asset
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related Sales Enablement tools is an asset
Background in supply-chain management and experience with JD Edwards ERP is an asset

Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on the fly.
This role seeks positive individuals who feel empowered to take ownership of their work and take any decisive action necessary to resolve account-related problems
Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential.
Comfortable with senior level interaction, internally and with Customers
Previous experience working in a VAR (Value-Added Reseller) or distribution channel environment would be beneficial
