The Marketing Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing marketing projects in alignment with WinSport’s strategic objectives. This is a highly visible role that requires excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple departments to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Project planning & execution
- Lead cross-functional project teams from initiation through completion for marketing campaigns, communications initiatives, event promotions, and other projects
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and budget management
- Ensure projects adhere to established processes, standards, and best practices in project management
- Monitor and report on project progress, issues, risks, and change requests
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize resources effectively
- Coordinate invoice payments
Marketing & Communications
- Collaborate with internal marketing and communications teams on content creation, design, media planning, and channel management
- Oversee the production of marketing assets such as advertisements, videos, websites, emails, and collateral
- Manage relationships and projects with external agencies, vendors, and partners
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to organization's style guidelines
Event Promotion & Coordination
- Work closely with event operations teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns for facility rentals and major events
- Develop event marketing strategies, sponsorship activations, and attendee communications
- Coordinate logistics for on-site activations, signage, and promotional activities during events
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Foster a collaborative environment and facilitate effective communication across teams
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project team members
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and project delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in marketing/communications or events
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-faceted projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient with project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Asana, Agile, Waterfall)
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus
- Office environment.
- Occasional need to attend meetings, tradeshow and conventions offsite.
- Occasional need for prolonged periods in all weather conditions.
- Occasional need to access unrouted and varied terrain.
