Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment at job sites
- Support skilled tradespeople by holding or passing tools and materials as needed
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies
- Help with measuring, cutting, and assembling materials under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment at all times
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and cleaning debris
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of scaffolding or temporary structures
- Support project teams in maintaining a clean and organized work site to promote safety and efficiency
Experience
- Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices is beneficial
- Willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to job sites is preferred but not mandatory
