Fresh St. Roadie (West Vancouver/North Shore Region)
Overview
Fresh St. Roadies is a grocery delivery platform for Fresh St. Market stores. We deliver groceries to as many locations as possible and are always adding new delivery locations. We offer same-day delivery in as little as 2 hours utilizing our temperature-controlled delivery vehicles.
Reporting to the Manager of Ecommerce your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Job Overview
- Brings a positive attitude each every day
- Loading, transporting, and delivering groceries to clients in a safe, timely manner
- Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied
- Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles
- Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients
- Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record
- Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries
Street Credentials
- You have an impeccable level of cleanliness, attention to detail and organization
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt well to shifting priorities
- You are highly self-motivated and work well under minimal supervision
- You possess strong customer service skills
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You work well with others in a high-pressure environment
- You have 1+ years of experience working in as a Delivery Driver or related field
- Driver's Abstract required
- You have a valid BC COMPLETE driver’s license, (N is not a full license)
- You have a valid work authorization in Canada
