Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing.
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment for efficient workflow
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning preferences and needs
- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently within scheduled timeframes
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all assigned areas
- Provide excellent customer service by being attentive, respectful, and professional at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or hospitality services
- Strong organizational skills and excellent time management abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; French language skills are a plus
- Knowledge of laundry procedures and techniques
- Exceptional attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation or access to transportation for timely job attendance
- Must have your own cleaning supplies
