Reporting to the Senior Manager, Partnerships the Educational Partnerships Specialist is responsible for building the strategy and delivering growth for SPC’s educational partner fundraising program. You will focus on the ideation and execution of campaigns and projects that drive portfolio growth within the High School and Post-Secondary channels increasing engagement and sales of the SPC Card.
Develop strategic relationships with educational partners (high schools, universities, colleges, student associations) growing participants who are actively involved in working with the SPC program
Act as the primary contact and liaison to deliver strategic programs and campaigns including introducing innovative solutions and process to scale program at the Board level (high school) and on Campus (bookstores, student associations)
Serve as an advisor and liaison to schools/educators and provide them with resources and support to implement SPC program and drive awareness
Create and execute a robust communication plan that connects with each school three times a quarter, include school visits where possible
Deliver workshops that provide educators with the skills, knowledge, and inspiration they need to positively engage their students to become members and ambassadors of the program
Who You Are:
You have experience delivering program results in a partnership or fundraising environment contributing to annual portfolio growth objectives
You are comfortable working to develop a strategy to reach new schools and prioritize engagement of existing schools while managing high-level relationships
You are excited to represent SPC on the frontline holistically pitching the program to new and existing schools
You are resourceful, adaptable, and results-oriented with high energy, a positive attitude, and the ability to contribute in a team environment
You have experience preparing and providing regular reports on the status of your portfolio and activities at the executive level
Collaboration and Teamwork: Measure the impact of school actions across all programs and campaigns using both quantitative and qualitative information.
Customer Focus: demonstrate a desire to proactively develop best in class strategies to drive engagement with educational partners leading to program growth. Provide support and strategic direction to the leadership team to deliver revenue results.
Priority Setting: focus time/energy on the most important issues/opportunities. Clearly understand how to assess the importance of tasks and decisions.
Resilience, Tolerance for Change/Ambiguity: can effectively cope with change, finding ways to advance work and projects. Collect directional feedback during the school year to support Marketing and Product implement meaningful change.

Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a partnership, fundraising or fund development focused role
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related program is an asset
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence and motivate people at all levels
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strategic vision and the ability to translate it into actionable plans
Proven track record of defining and monitoring KPIs and campaign performance
Previous managerial experience is an asset
