Title: Manager, Benefits Management
Salary: $102,397 - $120,467 - $138,538 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 8:30 am-4:30 pm Mon- Fri (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
Location: Coast Salish Territories of Squamish, Musqueam and Tsleil-Waututh- Metro Vancouver- Alberni office – Hybrid (1 day in office) (Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA’s flex work policy).
Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway in Spring 2027.
About the role
As Manager, Benefits Management, you will provide leadership and management of end-to-end processes and all activities related to review and implementation of day-to-day benefit maintenance changes (Pharmacy, Dental, Medical Supplies & Equipment, Vision, Crisis Mental Health, and Medical Transportation). You will manage Benefits Management staff and their operations and will review, recommend and implement new or modified benefit maintenance change processes. Additionally, you will implement updates and ensure communication with relevant parties (e.g., third-party providers, communities, agencies, government organizations, clients, service providers, FNHA staff).
About you
To be successful in this role you will have-
Education
- University Degree in a related field plus 8-10 years related experience, including leadership skills and abilities, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience
- Knowledge of First Nations communities in BC and the health services they receive.
- Experience in working with First Nations would be an asset.

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
