About the Role

We are looking for a Patient Services Manager who can support day to day patient service operations and help ensure that patients receive consistent, professional assistance throughout their care journey.
In this mid level role, you will coordinate patient service activities, support front line teams, monitor service standards, and work closely with clinical and administrative departments. You will be an important point of coordination between patients, staff, physicians, and hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Service Coordination: Coordinate daily patient service activities and help ensure patients receive timely and professional assistance.
Team Support: Provide guidance and day to day support to patient service representatives and administrative staff.
Service Improvement: Monitor patient service processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, communication, and patient satisfaction.
Patient Concerns: Assist with resolving patient inquiries, service concerns, and escalated issues in a professional and timely manner.
Department Coordination: Work with clinical, scheduling, admissions, and administrative teams to support smooth patient flow.
Reporting: Maintain service records and prepare routine reports relating to patient experience, service performance, and operational activities.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in patient services, healthcare administration, hospital operations, medical administration, or a related field, with previous experience coordinating staff or operational activities.
Education: Post secondary education in healthcare administration, health services management, business administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to coordinate and support a team without requiring senior executive management experience.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and administrative teams.
Technology: Comfortable using electronic medical records, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, and other healthcare administration software.
Mindset: You are organized, patient focused, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy healthcare environment.
Pay: $94,617.00-$119,200.00 per year
