- Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle concerns.
- Explaining repair and maintenance recommendations.
- Preparing estimates and work orders.
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating with technicians.
- Providing status updates and handling customer inquiries.
- Building customer relationships and supporting sales of maintenance servic
Our ideal candidate:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Sales or service-advisor experience (often preferred).
- Automotive knowledge is helpful but may not always be required.
