Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven New and Used Sales professional to join our automotive dealership team. This role involves engaging with prospective buyers, managing the sales pipeline, and providing exceptional customer service to both retail and B2B clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and experience in high-end sales environments. Multilingual capabilities, especially bilingual proficiency in Spanish, are highly valued to effectively serve diverse customer bases. Duties
- Engage with potential customers through outside sales efforts, building relationships and expanding the sales pipeline for new and used vehicles
- Conduct negotiations with clients to close deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Support B2B sales initiatives by establishing and maintaining dealership partnerships
- Utilize strong communication skills to explain vehicle features, financing options, and promotional offers
- Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to enhance customer value
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
- Collaborate with the sales support team to coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional events
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities using dealership management systems
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or in person, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy at all times
- Assist in developing strategies for increasing retail sales and expanding market reach through effective marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or dealership environments with a focus on high-end or B2B sales preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities such as bilingual in Spanish are highly desirable
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently within a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of sales management principles, marketing strategies, and CRM tools for tracking sales pipeline activities
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Background in automotive or retail industry is a plus but not required; willingness to learn about vehicle features and financing options is essential
- High level of motivation, self-discipline, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets

Pay: $40,000.00-$169,419.01 per year
