Real Estate Assistant – Organized, Tech-Savvy & Social Media Savvy
Our busy and growing real estate team is looking for an organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to help keep our business running smoothly behind the scenes.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and has experience with real estate systems, social media, and client service.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing MLS listings through Matrix
- Assisting with listing coordination and transaction paperwork
- Updating website content through WordPress
- Creating and scheduling social media content for Instagram, Facebook & TikTok
- Coordinating appointments, showings, and client communication
- Preparing marketing materials and open house support
- Keeping files, schedules, and systems organized and up to date
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in real estate administration preferred
- Strong knowledge of Matrix MLS system
- Experience with WordPress and social media platforms
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently
- Experience with Canva is an asset.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
