You’re the master of your domain—the stocker of stockers—keeping a clean, organized, and efficient storeroom that supports all F&B outlets.
As the supervisor of the Shipping/Receiving team, food and beverage product flow across the resort, while leading day-to-day operations and supporting a small team.
Essential Functions:
- Oversee receiving: inspect deliveries for quality, shortages, and damage
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure storeroom and loading dock
- Coordinate timely distribution of product to all F&B outlets
- Track invoices, receipts, and inventory accurately
- Support vending restocking and cash collection
- Lead, support, and train team members as needed
- Uphold safety, cleanliness, and efficient daily operations
Experience/Requirements:
- Experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations (supervisory an asset)
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management
- Physically capable (lifting up to 100 lbs)
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to multitask
- On your feet for long periods; physical role
- Exposure to coolers, freezers, and loading dock conditions
- Flexible schedule, including weekends
