Job Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize resident rooms, hallways, and common areas following established protocols.
- Dust, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces to maintain cleanliness.
- Empty trash receptacles and handle waste disposal appropriately.
- Perform deep cleaning and disinfection as required.
- Respect residents' privacy and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
- Adhere to policies ensuring resident confidentiality at all times.
- Manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs.
- Capability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-year experience
- Ability to work a schedule of flexible hours/ shifts inclusive of days, weekends and holidays
- High School/ GED completion
- Previous experience working with seniors would be an asset
