Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining area.
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages efficiently while ensuring accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing tables and floors.
- Support food handling procedures in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Respond courteously to guest inquiries, providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
- Help with setting up dining spaces for service, including arranging tables and chairs as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of orders and timely service delivery.
Skills
- Strong cleaning skills with attention to sanitation standards.
- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Experience in hospitality is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining professionalism.
