YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE:

Reporting to the Manager, Talent Management and DEI, you will be part of the Human Resources Department. You will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of Agnico’s talent management strategy, including performance management , people development and succession planning as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion globally in collaboration with the Regional HR Leads and stakeholders. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.

People Development:

Research, organize and coordinate executive and senior management learning and development opportunities;
Actively participate in design and delivery of various training programs;
Manage third-party contracts and agreements of products and services and tracks budget;
Optimizing and simplifying process by analyze goals, IDPs and Development opportunities to ensure they are aligned with the business needs;
Source various vendors for training solutions;
Support the delivery of training programs on the LMS;
Working in collaboration with HR systems and keeping them up to date Updates and monitors the Talent Management KPIs;

Performance Management:

Manage and update Performance management training materials;
Coordinate communications related to Goals setting, Mid-Year reviews and Performance Management globally;
Coordinating the collection of the data. Working in collaboration with HR systems and keeping them up to date Updates and monitors the Talent Management KPIs;

Succession Planning:

Supports the manager in ensuring process is completed on schedule and that data accuracy is being maintained in Fusion;
Support succession planning process;
Coordinate and create the SP OrgPlus reports;
Coordinating the collection of the data;
Working in collaboration with HR systems and keeping them up to date Updates and monitors the Talent Management KPIs;

Integration of new sites:

Support the Integration of new sites into Agnico Eagle People Talent Management processes;
Develop training guides and communications as required;

DEI:

Help identify key information required to monitor and report on progress of Agnico Eagle DEI initiatives;
Support the Dr. Leanne Baker Program coordinating various events, meetings, gathering feedback, maintaining communications with participants, mentors, supervisors, and initiatives. Measure progress of the program;
Acquire external DEI data for benchmarking purposes;
Participate in industry and community events and forums;
Collaborate with internal and external communications to regularly communicate and increase awareness on diversity, equity and inclusion and the efforts the organization is making to create an inclusive workplace aligned to the DEI calendar.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Post-secondary education and/or certification in a related field such as Human Resources, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Human Rights, Social Justice etc.
5-7 years of demonstrated knowledge in human resources, specifically in talent management;
Demonstrated knowledge and experience on the issues of equity, diversity, and inclusion of underrepresented groups in society and more specifically in the workplace;
Familiarity with relevant legislation on equity, human rights, discrimination, etc;
Ability and willingness to travel to all global sites on an as needed basis;
Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite applications especially Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

Your Work Schedule:

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from our Corporate Office in Toronto, ON. Occasional visits to site may also be required.
