WHAT THIS CHALLENGE IS ABOUT

The intern will work in the Information Technologies department and be a part of the team in charge of budget tracking and the project office. The successful candidate will be an energetic and dynamic individual, responsible for calculating IT chargebacks and generating a variety of financial analyses to help the department with budget tracking. Specific duties include the following:

Check which services and tasks should be processed as chargebacks;
Calculate the chargebacks for each IT service component;
Verify inventory and allocation of licences to business units;
Perform detailed calculations of chargebacks for each of Ivanhoé Cambridge’s business units;
Generate chargeback analysis reports;
Support the IT performance team by preparing project cost analyses and tracking the budget.

What we’re looking for
Enrolment in an undergraduate program in accounting, business administration or computer science;
Detail-oriented;
Excellent analytical skills;
Proficiency in Excel;
Fluency in written and spoken French and English;
Interest in contributing to a dynamic team.
