We have an immediate need for an Accounts Payable & Admin Associate to work in our Finance and Administration department

Role Responsibilities:
Voucher inventory and freight invoices
Resolve match exceptions liaison with Purchasing
Monitor changes in vendors’ discount policies and ensure payment are made within discount periods
Prepare wires & Bills of exchange
Review pay cycles
Enter bank and other journal entries
Reconcile Inventory G/L accounts & Inter-company AP
Miscellaneous office and administrative duties

Qualifications/Skills/Job Requirements:
College Diploma or Certificate in accounting
2 Years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
Strong computer skills. PeopleSoft experience a definite asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good time-management skills
High energy, tenacious, results oriented, motivated, team player
