Great Blue Resorts owns and operates 8 private resort properties located throughout Ontario’s cottage country. These properties offer outright ownership of beautiful pre-manufactured recreational cottages.
We are looking for a strong Maintenance Crew Member to join our team. You would be responsible for completing all daily duties of electrical and plumbing maintenance. This position requires strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
The Maintenance Crew Member at Great Blue Resorts is primarily responsible for helping achieve the overall maintenance of resort systems, buildings, infrastructure, grounds, marina, swimming pool and seasonal sites. This position serves as a key role in the overall management of the resort by ensuring a positive customer experience through the proactive, cost effective, management of the above noted key performance indicators.
The Maintenance Crew Member must possess strong skills and a sound knowledge of all resort systems including but not limited to water, septic and electrical systems. Other strengths/requirements affiliated with the position include CPO designation (Certified Pool Operator), Propane operator certification, boaters card/license, a general knowledge of H-VAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing and environmental regulations. A firm understanding of Occupational Health and Safety Legislation and Fire safety legislation is also a requirement of the role.
