Kickin' Back Boat Rentals is currently looking for a professional boat delivery driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of boats to customers, reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading and unloading units, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. We will provide training to the right person who can demonstrate motivation and a willingness to learn. Job Requirements
- Previous boating experience required
- Previous boat trailering experience required
- Understanding and prior compliance with the PCOC (Pleasure Craft Operator Card) regulations
- Valid Drivers License with clean drivers abstract
- Over the age of 21
- Flexible with schedule and can work evenings and/ or weekends
- Have organization and time-management skills
- Must have an ability to multi task and a strong attention to detail
- Must possess a positive and professional attitude
- Must have excellent communication and customer services skills
- Must effectively communicate all pertinent information amongst the team members and supervisory staff in regards to daily operations
- Ensure all guests are greeted in a friendly and courteous manner, maximizing guest satisfaction.
- Be knowledgeable of Emergency response plan and company polices
- Demonstrate problem solving and critical thinking
- Responsible for getting appropriate paperwork returned to the office in a timely manner
