We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Medical Esthetic Instructor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong background in medical aesthetics, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to students. Duties
- Deliver comprehensive classroom instruction on medical esthetic procedures, techniques, and industry best practices
- Develop and update curriculum materials to ensure current and relevant content
- Assess student progress through evaluations, feedback, and practical demonstrations
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students, fostering a positive learning atmosphere
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in medical aesthetics and incorporate new knowledge into teaching modules
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and industry regulations during training sessions
- Support students in preparing for certification exams and professional development opportunities
Experience
- Prior classroom experience in esthetics, cosmetology, or related fields is preferred
- Proven teaching experience with the ability to engage diverse learners effectively
- Strong knowledge of medical aesthetic procedures, skincare treatments, and industry trends
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for students
- Relevant certifications or licenses in medical aesthetics or esthetics are highly desirable
- Ability to motivate students and foster a collaborative learning environment
Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
