We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate must be flexible to work day, afternoon, night, early morning, weekday, and weekend shifts. This is a full-time opportunity with the potential for permanent employment based on performance.
- Assemble, package, and inspect products according to quality standards.
- Operate production equipment and machinery safely.
- Sort, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company specifications.
- Load, unload, and move materials as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Meet daily production targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist with general production and warehouse duties as assigned.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an asset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Must be flexible to work weekdays, weekends, day, afternoon, night, and early morning shifts, including overtime when required.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
