Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking qualified mental health professionals across several disciplines for both Full-Time and Part-Time associate roles. We welcome experienced practitioners as well as candidates currently seeking supervision toward full registration.
We are actively hiring:
- Registered Psychotherapists (RP) or RP (Qualifying) looking for clinical supervision.
- Registered Social Workers (RSW / MSW) registered with the provincial college.
- Psychologists (C.Psych) and Psychological Associates (C.Psych Assoc) (supervised or autonomous practice candidates).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based individual, couple, or family psychotherapy.
- Conduct clinical assessments, formulate treatment plans, and track client progress.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and clinical consultation as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Active registration in good standing with your respective regulatory college (e.g., CRPO, OCSWSSW, CPO, or provincial equivalent).
- Master’s degree or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, CPT, ACT, Somatic, Mindfulness-based, or Psychodynamic approaches).
- For Qualifying / Supervised Candidates: Demonstrated commitment to learning and completing required clinical supervision hours.
- Professional liability insurance (or eligibility to obtain it prior to start date).
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical writing skills.
