Reporting directly to the National Inside Sales Manager, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales order input activities and providing support to the inside sales team.
This is a temporary position based onsite at our Mississauga, ON location, 5 days per week. There is a possibility for this role to become permanent.
Responsibilities:

Process all sales orders through fax, email, and telephone, including order details such as price confirmation, availability, credits, and warranty claims.

Verify customer and order information for accuracy, cross-checking it against previously obtained information as necessary.

Contribute to the team by providing inside sales support, relaying pertinent information to the inside sales representative.

File purchase orders daily to ensure compliance with company guidelines.

Maintain operations by adhering to policies and procedures, and reporting necessary changes.

Perform administrative and office duties, such as filing, updating customer information, and contributing to general office functions.
