Job Overview
Solara Hot Tubs & Patio is seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Care Associate to join our team at the West End location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and is passionate about delivering outstanding service to our existing Solara Customers.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in-store, over the phone, and via email
- Provide product information and recommendations on hot tubs, water care, and patio products
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
- Support customers with water care advice and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and merchandising
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups professionally
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service or retail experience preferred (but not required)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills (POS systems, email, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to [e.g., 30–50 lbs] as needed
Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
