Customer Relations/Office Administrator
Duties and responsibilities:
First point of contact for customers on the phone (reception) and in the showroom
Coordinate scheduling for customer visits and installations
Ensure adherence to relevant company procedures and policies
Handle phone calls and all related correspondence
Provide assistance bookkeeping activities (invoicing and payments)
Keep databases in check and update them regularly
Control the office supplies state and make sure it is in accordance with office needs
Skills and Experience
- Previous working experience as an Office Administrator/Reception an asset.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Current knowledge or ability to learn management and accounting processes
- Hands-on experience with Quick Books and MS Office products such as Excel and Word
- English speaking
- Attention to details
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
