At BL Education Consulting, we help students and families navigate their educational journeys. We are looking for a passionate organized proactive and community-minded person to cultivate and expand our communities. If you love building connections, fostering impactful discussions, and driving engagement, we want you on our team.
What You’ll Do
- Community Strategy: Develop and execute a community growth strategy to connect students, parents, and educational partners.
- Engagement: Oversee daily interactions across our community platforms ensuring a welcoming, supportive, and active environment.
- Content Creation: Produce engaging contents tailored to the educational needs of our community members.
- Event Management: Plan and host virtual and in-person community events, webinars, Q&A sessions, and workshops.
- Growth Initiatives: Design and implement campaigns to sustainably scale community membership.
- Data & Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on key community health metrics, including active users, engagement rates, and growth velocity.
Qualifications
Required
- Strong interest in marketing, communications, nonprofit development, or community engagement
- 1-2 years of experience in community management, or customer success, preferably within the education industry.
- Strong communication skills
- Genuine interested in helping students achieve their academic and personal growth goals
Job Type: Part-time/ Full-time
Expected hours: 20-35 per week
Work Location: Vancouver
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Vancouver, BC V6H 1H2
