Aurora Cannabis Inc. is currently looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor, to work with our manufacturing team in the fast-paced cannabis industry.

Coordinate and communicate manufacturing processes to various departments

Ensure all goods, and consumables are serviced and inventoried to determine manufacturing needs

Develop and distribute production schedules and work orders

Distribute manufacturing tables to demonstrate capacities and/or restrictions

Assist in developing manufacturing KPI’s

Report continuous improvements necessary to elevate manufacturing efficiency

Plan, execute, and monitor a variety of manufacturing projects throughout their lifecycle

Maintain efficiency and oversee throughput while ensuring quality

Liaise with cross-functional project stakeholders to collect requirements and maintain effective communication

Develop and implement effective reporting to keep project stakeholders and senior management informed on key project metrics

Effectively coordinate and manage a team

Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook)

Inventory Management

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline

Previous experience in food manufacturing

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in managing manufacturing processes

Experience managing projects involving multi-disciplinary teams operating in a fast-paced, innovation driven environment

PMP designation or equivalent certification would be considered an asset

Knowledge of the emerging cannabis industry would be considered an asset
