Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for producing parts (direct worker, working at machine in production)
- Understand and implement job specific IATF/ISO 14001/45001 requirements.
- Perform assembly tasks as defined and assigned for various production lines.
- Ensure production meets the quality standards as established.
- Complete all quality checks and follow all internal quality alerts as required.
- Ensure that proper protective and production equipment is available for your job (i.e. gloves, knives, etc.).
- Perform required safety checks.
- Inform Production Supervisor of required production components and other materials when required.
- Inform Supervisor of any non-conforming product issues.
- Perform all tasks and functions in a safe manner in compliance with health and safety policies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Completed Secondary School
- At least 2-3 years of productions experience in a similar position
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must reside in southwestern Ontario
- Must have the ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must have the ability to lift up to 30lbs repeatably
- Forklift License and Forklift driving experience is preferred (must be able to show proof of current forklift license)
- Ability to work 3 Shift rotation Monday to Friday
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Must be able to read/write in English
- Must provide references
- Must have valid work permit
