We’re Orca Asphalt Maintenance Inc., a West Kelowna-based company doing awesome things all over the Okanagan Valley — and we want reliable, hardworking crew members to join our all star team this season.
From sport court construction to line painting, asphalt crack sealing, and sealcoating, we take on some of the coolest surface projects around — and we have a blast doing it.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting in sport court surfacing & construction
- Performing line painting on roads and parking lots
- Sealing cracks and applying asphalt sealcoat
- Prepping and cleaning job sites
- Working closely with a team to deliver clean, high-quality results
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong work ethic and great attitude
- Sense of humour
- Enjoy working outdoors and staying active
- Reliable transportation to and from our yard space in West Kelowna
- Willingness to learn and grow with the crew
- Experience in asphalt or construction is a bonus, but not required — we’ll train the right people
Schedule & Pay:
- Full-time, seasonal (May–November)
- Typical workdays Monday–Friday, with some flexibility
- Pay: $23–$30/hour, based on experience and attitude
- Health insurance provided after 3 months
