HOURS: Full time, 40-45 hours per week, Monday - Friday
WAGES: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour + benefits - Negotiable based on experience.

THE PERFECT FIT:
You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You enjoy creating structure, identifying opportunities for improvement, and finding ways to make operations more efficient.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Oversee daily Parts Department operations and ensure efficient, accurate processes.
Manage inventory levels, counts, and stock movement to maintain accuracy while minimizing shortages and overstock.
Coordinate the ordering, receiving, invoicing, and return of parts.
Develop and improve inventory and department processes.
Work closely with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure parts availability and minimize vehicle downtime.
Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and manufacturer partners.
Provide leadership, coaching, and support to the parts team while promoting a positive and organized work environment.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer service.
APPLICABLE SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in an automotive parts department role is considered a strong asset but we would be willing to train the right candidate.
Knowledge of automotive DMS systems is considered a strong asset (PBS preferred). PBS Training will be provided.
Excellent customer service, organizational and time management skills
Strong work ethic and team mindset
Proven ability to work in and improve a process-driven environment.
Knowledge of parts inventory systems and procedures.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Strong communication and teamwork skills
