Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Medical Aesthetician to fill a 1-year maternity leave position at The De Pieri Clinic in Kelowna. In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare advice and aesthetic services to loyal clients, as well as assist doctors with new client consultations and some physician-led services. Your expertise will help educate clients on skincare products and treatment options, building trust in our clinic and providing real results. Duties
- Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and microneedling.
- Assist physicians with dermal fillers and some laser procedures.
- Educate clients on skincare products, tools, and at-home routines to maximize treatment results.
- Manage client appointments and prepare invoices using our clinic Electronic Medical Records system.
- Maintain strict sanitation standards by adhering to proper sterilization protocols for all equipment and treatment areas.
- Keep detailed records of treatments performed, client preferences, and progress notes for ongoing care.
- Provide excellent guest services by listening carefully to client concerns, offering personalized recommendations, and upselling appropriate products or additional treatments.
- Contribute to social media posts to build our community and attract new clients.
Skills
- Certification in cosmetology or aesthetician licensing required.
- Previous med spa experience required.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices aligned with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Strong management skills to coordinate appointments, inventory, and client records seamlessly.
- Proficiency with computer software for scheduling, record keeping, and invoicing.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically.
- Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques to enhance revenue streams while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Ability to manage social media platforms effectively for marketing purposes.
- Strong communication skills to educate clients about treatment options confidently.

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
