Bread Baker
Do you have an interest in handcrafted sourdough wholegrain rye bread and European artisanal breads? Are you anexperienced Bread Baker? Then this may be the job for you.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Produce high quality artisan bread and bread products from scratch
- Prepare and finishes baked goods according to the recipes, following company-set standards
- Follow specifications of the recipes
- Must be able to create all products from scratch
- Physically fit and able to work flexible full-time hours
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to new baking concepts and ideas
- Able to work unsupervised while achieving targets and maintaining deadlines
- An eye for detail and consistency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available on the weekend
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience with a strong work ethic and a passion for craft baking bread
- Skilled/ knowledgeable in European artisanal breads, sour dough, wholegrain, rye bread, panini and rustic Scandinavian bread types
- Knowledgeable on long fermentation times
