Junior Associate – Aboriginal Rights and Title
White Raven Law is seeking a full-time Junior Associate to join our team. This position focuses on litigation involving Aboriginal rights and title.

White Raven Law represents Indigenous Nations in legal matters related to Aboriginal rights and title, administrative law, environmental and natural resources law, and land and marine use planning and Aboriginal title implementation. Our work is grounded in Indigenous ethics, laws, and perspectives, which inform every aspect of our practice.
Position Details
We are looking for a Junior Associate, ideally with expertise in Aboriginal law or related areas. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to precedent-setting litigation.
· Start Date: August 2026
· Position Type: Full-time
· Experience Level: 1 to 5 years post-call
· Compensation: $100K to $130K Annually (Commensurate with experience)
· Benefits: Paid leave, health and dental plan
· Work Model: Hybrid (remote and in-office)
