Job Description includes the Following:
Analyzing service technician reports of custom cabinetry deficiencies.
Creating Service orders of required service tech work & confirming them with clients.
Corresponding with clients to address their concerns.
Ordering production of required material to resolve the deficiencies.
Monitoring the progress of back-orders with the shop to ensure timely delivery.
Ensuring what is manufactured is what was required.
Booking service technician appointments with clients.
Responding promptly to clients by phone & email.
Thorough attention to detail, thoroughness, proactiveness.
Investigative skills: Knows what questions to ask to get to the bottom of a problem and determine the
correct solution. Assumes nothing. Double checks everything. Thinks outside the box.
Exceptional communication skills: (goes above and beyond to communicate what is required with clarity
and avoid the risk for mistakes)
Professionalism: Professional approach to clients & colleagues in solving issues.
Exceptional customer service ethics: going above and beyond to satisfy customers within the guidelines provided by management.

5 years experience in millwork & kitchen cabinetry.
