Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Appointment Setter to join our franchise consulting agency. This role involves engaging with potential clients, scheduling appointments, and supporting our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required. This position offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills in B2B sales, marketing, and customer service within a professional setting. The role would be 1/3 outbound telemarketing, 1/3 calls with existing appointments set up though our online portals and 1/3 refining and executing outreach strategies.
Duties
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective franchise clients
- Engage potential clients with persuasive communication to generate interest in franchise opportunities
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and scheduled meetings using CRM tool Go High Level
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and confirm appointments
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine outreach strategies
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and promptly
- Utilize negotiation skills to handle objections and facilitate appointment setting effectively
- Support business development initiatives through proactive outreach and relationship building
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or business development roles preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and manage time effectively
- Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor
- Prior experience in franchise development or related industries is a plus but not required
Pay: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
