We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Detailer to join our team. This role involves thoroughly cleaning and detailing vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Clean and detail vehicles both inside and outside, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing.
- Remove dirt, stains, and debris from vehicle surfaces using appropriate cleaning agents and tools.
- Apply protective coatings or treatments as needed to enhance vehicle appearance and longevity.
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or imperfections and report findings to management.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing process.
- Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area and ensure all equipment is properly stored and maintained.
Requirements
- Prior experience in cleaning or vehicle detailing is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, and lift moderate weights as needed.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.
