We offer a full range of civil construction services, some of which include: underground utility installations, repairs and maintenance, site grading, road works, in-stream works, mass wall construction, structural drainage and excavation.
Springline Construction Services has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Civil Superintendent to join our team! We are looking for an individual with extensive experience in all aspects of heavy civil construction with a focus on earthworks and underground utility installations. Strong leadership skills are considered a valuable asset within our team.

Responsibilities
- Mentor and help grow the field Superintendents to ensure their success
- Oversee multiple projects, ensure projects are being built as per drawings, and verify quality
- Coordinate field logistics and operational requirements
- Maintain daily diary for record keeping purposes
- Responsible for supervisory workers overall performance.
- Ensure all workers paperwork is completed and submitted on time.
- Promote, support and fully implement the safety program and culture.
- Work with Project Managers to help prepare schedules
Qualifications
- 10 plus years construction experience, 5 plus years Superintendent/Leadership capacity
- Proven track record of successfully completing complex underground civil utility projects with storm sewer, sanitary sewer and watermain.
- Experience in infrastructure projects involving earthworks and road building.
- Must be a self-starter and highly motivated
- Ability to identify and resolve any problems that may arise
- Excellent organization, administrative, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong experience in Leadership, safety, planning

Pay: $120,000.00-$135,000.00 per year
