Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, and surfaces, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of public spaces such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms to promote a welcoming atmosphere.
- Restock supplies like toiletries, towels, and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Follow established cleaning procedures using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment for industrial cleaning tasks.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management promptly.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in hotel cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, including industrial cleaning methods.
- Experience working in hospitality environments is advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced settings.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
- Reliable with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
