Responsibilities:

Follow a proven sales process and apply it to the incoming qualified leads that are reaching out to us every single day.

Actively responding to inbound inquiries and enrolling new members.

Prospecting existing inquiries in the database.

Outbound cold calling to qualified lists.
-
Conducting live demonstrations via Zoom.

Traveling to live events (nationally and internationally).

Onboarding new members and helping them to get the most out of the resources covering marketing, sales, construction financials, and business operations provided for them as part of their membership.

Supporting current member's access to their member benefits.

Never-ending learning and improvement. Constantly consuming books, podcasts, and training courses in order to sharpen your saw and grow your sales ability and results.
Qualifications:

Have a fast and secure internet connection.

Possess a good understanding of CRM. We are a procedure-driven company that requires all team members to follow our processes without exception or deviation and the ability to record detailed notes into the company CRM system will be vital to your own success.

Be capable of working from home without distraction.

Be incredibly confident using online systems. (You may not know how to do everything but chances are you'll be the first to figure it out.)

Exude confidence and enjoy talking over the phone.

Tech-savvy and willing to learn new technologies.

Have the ability to follow clear procedures.

Be able to ask for the sale while overcoming objections.

Have experience in selling coaching services, information products, or similar, with exposure to the residential construction industry preferred.

Total ownership and responsibility for your actions and results.
Work Schedule:

The selected candidate will be required to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM if located in the PST zone or from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM if based in the EST zone, depending on their geographical location.
Compensation:

Full Time, Remote position.

Base salary at $65,000 CAD per year + commission starting after hitting a threshold of 5 points ($275 CAD per point after).

Uncapped commissions structure so you get rewarded for your efforts. (Six figures on target earnings!)
